Full Price Match Policy

If you find identical merchandise in Hawaii at a lower price that’s in stock, in factory new condition, and sold by a local full-service furniture retailer open to the general public, we will match that price. For in-store purchases, show proof of the lower price to the salesperson helping you. For items you’re interested in online, email marketing@cswo.com and one of our team members will follow up with you to place your order at that price. Pricing must be verified via website, written or emailed quote, or print advertisement. Price must include the exact same terms and conditions.

Exclusions

Auction prices or those requiring memberships
Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items (e.g., fees and shipping charges)
Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
Items that other retailers have listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers
Damaged, used, refurbished or AS-IS items
Limited quantity specials or clearance/closeouts
Price errors
Price matches to other retailers for prices shown from Thanksgiving Day through Cyber Week are at our discretion and can be limited in quantity during this timeframe
Items that have a minimum sale price set by the manufacturer can’t be sold below that price
